Pre & Postnatal
My journey started at my early 20s, however at that time my focus has been around strictly aiming for achieving my physical goal and of course nothing wrong with that however when I fell pregnant, I quickly realised the importance of looking after myself for my healthy pregnancy and energy postpartum. Since then, even moreso I wanted to look after my body for the most important reason – performing well as a mum of Nikolas and be as healthy as possible for my family.
I know loving your body can be challenging, but with support of your coach who has been in your position and shifting perspective trusting my expertise and knowledge we will help you become THE BEST YOU.
You will feel like you again. Even more than ever before your baby. Your child is never going to be your excuse again. It will be your biggest reason WHY.
As a mum I became much fitter post baby than before.
I don’t do daily workout as it would not be sustainable, and I want you to be aware – you do not have to train 7 days a week to achieve results. 3 or 4 is just a perfect balance.
I also was worried about lack of time & energy to work out, but as soon as I made it to the gym – I felt better. A little YOU time is not selfish – it is essential for you to be the happiest mum & when you feel good – everyone else is happy too
